    [UK] 2024.8.x

I have the opposite; I missed my turn off once because I was used to it telling me to ‘carry on’ in 2.6 miles… etc.

    [UK] 2024.8.x

I know this has been apparent for a while now and not new to this update, but one thing that’s really bugging me about the sat nav recently is the fact that when on an A road or motorway, instead of telling you to leave at Junction X in XX miles, it literally tells you to stay on at EVERY...

    2023 Holiday Update

Seeing as some features are for Ryzen only models, does anyone think that a retrofit option will come any time soon?

    [UK specific] Software Update 2023.26

Noticed this in the last couple of days, sorry if it’s been addressed elsewhere, but… when checking for software updates it would only let me check once in a 24 h period. However, when coming to check today (10th Aug) at several times of the day it wouldn’t check, stating software is up to date...

    Car and App stating 0 mi/hr, +0mi, 0/32A, 225v

The issue hasn’t happened since, just at that one particular location. Charged at home and at a supercharger with no issues. I’m putting it down to the low and fluctuating voltage at that particular location. I’m glad it isn’t the car.

    Car and App stating 0 mi/hr, +0mi, 0/32A, 225v

It was a private business that had several 3-phase Zappis as well as 7.4kw Rolecs. I’m not naming the business. However, my car showed the same info on both initially (I.e 0mi/hr… etc). It then started to charge at 16A on the rolec after about half an hour. I’ve never had this before. On...

    Car and App stating 0 mi/hr, +0mi, 0/32A, 225v

I don’t think it was load sharing between chargers. However I do thing the demand at that site was huge and could have led to the fluctuations. I have seen the car throttle the charge to 16A before when using podpoints previously, but never made the connection with voltage fluctuations.

Thanks… I started this on a 3-phase zappi. The same issue. Another car was charging fine. I moved it to a Rolec single phase 7.5kw. The Amps was set to 13 by me and also the charging limit. I have moved it to 32A now. It has started to charge but only getting 11mi / hour with a max draw of 16A.

Apologies, I’m in work so can’t go to look. When I went out earlier there was no light on the car. I removed the cable, reset the car and phone. Then it was flashing green. Not seen what it’s doing now, although it does seem to be pulling some charge according to the app.

I have reset my car several times as well as my phone. Also, the % charge has been moved around from 100% and various others. Nothing.

Hi, Trying to charge my car today and it displays the info above. Reset the car and my phone several times to no avail. Also - used several different charging points and chargers in the site. Has anyone else had this issue?
