Thanks!! Definitely a V3 Tesla Supercharger based on this - 12 liquid pedestals can only mean V3. Also, not sure if it was well known that they are using Powerpacks as part of Supercharger V3 setup, but the shipping label confirms it since there is a controller for one.

This literally made me laugh out loud. You have very clearly never lived in a northern climate, particularly one where block heaters are in common use, otherwise you would be familiar with extension cords dangling behind cars and left in the middle of the road because people forget to unplug...

If this is a Tesla Supercharger, then I would be inclined to agree that it is most likely a V3 - but this is a pretty different layout then we've seen on other V3s in Canada so far. For one thing the cabinets aren't white - for another, the half-height vented box is now 3/4 height and notably...

That naming convention is surprisingly inconsistent - Davidson SK SC is at the Riverbend Co-op (ID davidsoncoopsupercharger), and the Dryden ON SC is at the Red River Co-op (ID drydenredriversupercharger). You would think they would either have Riverbend in the Davidson ID or Co-op in the Dryden...

Ahh, interesting - good to know, I don't have specific experience with Tesla's APIs and naming conventions, I was thinking more in general terms. I also missed that this was specific to the new chargers - I thought this renaming might have included a bunch of old existing Superchargers, less...

From a software development perspective, you can break a lot of things and piss off a lot of people if you change IDs which are assumed to be immutable and unchanging. I'm guessing there was an issue and they reverted to the previous IDs so as not to break anything downstream.
