Went to charge my model y to 100% at home. Sliding bar would only show 99%. Is this normal?

Shrill noise came first. Sounded like it was from screen. Gave tesla exact time.

From what I've read when sentry is on and thumb drive is in place recording is continuous to thumb drive and just writes over previous recordings. Is this correct? What happens if I leave it on overnight and I need something that was recored earlier in the evening?

Ac was run 10 minutes before test. Road surface completely flat. Will do round trip, 12 miles, for more accuracy. Thanks!
