I'm still waiting for the install, despite receiving the email a few days ago. Any ideas how common it is to still be waiting?

I tried switching it back and forth once or twice to make sure it was set to Advanced, but it made no difference for me.

Forgot to say, no reset. Just waited long enough for my very early bad scores to drop off. I quickly escalated to 99 Saturday and then to 100 Sunday.

Any conclusions whether it's been calculated over the most recent 100 miles for those with at least 100 miles, or over all time for those with at least 100 miles?

VIN does not inform full production date. Talking to delivery support, my production date is May 5, 2019 (yesterday) for a 213xxx VIN. Delivery scheduled for May 10.

I also got a 213xxx VIN today. AWD white/white. How did you request your build date?
