Email your SA (or delivery center) and have them confirm it will have all seasons. That is what saved me when I questioned why a car would be delivered to Boston in December with summer tires.

Did you get all season 19s?

My disclosure said 15, but when I picked it up, it was at 3. I think I put another 3 on it driving around the mall parking lot making sure I was comfortable enough with the yoke before getting on the highway.

I’m in Boston and I also got summer tires. They are going to replace them but the eta is tbd. Let me know if you find all seasons and I’ll see if they will give me the same.

I’m the OP on this question. Tesla has agreed to replace, but doesn’t have an ETA on the arrival at my service center. Heard from regional manager who said they will contact me ASAP. Thankfully, we haven’t gotten super cold yet and I’m pretty much just doing short uneventful rides.

I escalated to a regional manager and am waiting to hear back. Will hopefully get this addressed in the next few days.

Thanks for this, and I did a little of my own research, and it isn't great. I emailed service, but the mailbox was full. Via LinkedIn I was able to find the regional manager who promptly responded back to me promising a call today.

So they set up my service appointment for 12/29. So I guess no driving in the snow.

If they get changed out on Saturday, they will have less than 500 miles. If they offered, I would keep them, but I doubt it.
