Lucky the one that I just purchased on eBay, though picture didn't have the rubber frame, it came with it. Doesn't look like it would fit snug without though

So what's that border / frame? I've seen a lot of yacht floor pieces on eBay without the frame, and it's just the floor piece.. and others have the frame I purchased one without the frame will it still fit a 2013 MS?
