Solar Roof Installs On Hold? Lead Time on Solar Panel Installation?

I'm in kind of a similar situation where my needs to be replaced. It was very hard to get my homeowners insurance renewed last year and the current policy will be cancelled in June if I don't get a new roof. I ordered a Tesla solar roof and 2 Powerwalls in September 2021. Also had to do some...

WTT Model X New 20" OEM Slipstreams for Black Turbines 22"

Took delivery of a new Model X 2 days ago and looking to trade the stock 20" Slipstreams, including TPMS and tires (everything as new from factory) for a set of black Mode X 22" Turbines plus cash. I also have a set of Model S OEM 21" Turbines, powder coated in gloss black, including TPMS and...

    Selling Tesla Model Y

Damn you beat me to it!

    Lease residual fluctuating

I had a somewhat similar issue with an inventory MX I had reserved at the end of December. The car had some miles on it and had a showroom price adjustment. I found out that Tesla is calculating the residuals on the adjusted price and not on MSRP as it used to be, which as you might know...

    Looking good!

Showroom deal and build quality improvement

Correct. With the RR there was most likely and upside for them when they bought you out of that lease. In a pull ahead offer typically the remaining payments of the lease are waived and any small wear and tear and over mileage are "forgiven". Volvo has been calling continuously for 6 months...

Showroom deal and build quality improvement

I had a similar experience as yours, but with a Model S at the end of 2016. I did ask a couple of months ago if I could return my lease early ("pull ahead"), and they said that Tesla doesn't offer that option. I returned my car at the end of the lease and I'm still on the look for a MX (I still...

Showroom deal and build quality improvement

Thanks for sharing. That was my experience too. Sweet deal! I'd like to talk to your sales advisor  Cheers

Showroom deal and build quality improvement

Congrats! You surely got a great deal! I have been monitoring Tesla's website and EV-CPO and haven't found anything even close to that. Tesla's sales advisors have been less than helpful here in South Florida (Miami/Fort Lauderdale area). I found a 2019 Standard Range that had 800 miles on it...

Model X Standard Range "Included Options" Question

Yes, nothing is free lol. I'm quite familiar with lease calculation... I tried to learn as much as possible about it when I used to order from traditional dealers (BMW, Porsche, etc.) Do you mind sharing your window sticker? are those options really "included" in the Standard Range? you can PM...

Model X Standard Range "Included Options" Question

I totally agree with you, but it looks so much better on 22s! :)

Model X Standard Range "Included Options" Question

Yes and I am suspicious. Not signing until I see it in person. It's more like a $15k saving. It has a discount of almost $6k. I did quite a lot of research on 6 vs 7 seats and it was the one thing that took me more time to decide. In the end the flexibility for getting people in and out of the...

Model X Standard Range "Included Options" Question

Me too. Tesla stopped offering the Standard Range S and X in US in July so I was very surprised to hear this is a late November build. I'm eagerly waiting to see the car in person to confirm the build date. The only thing that comes to mind is if they have been building a few Standard Range cars...

Model X Standard Range "Included Options" Question

I I think we are talking about different things :) from my original post I mentioned that I have a reservation on a Standard Range X and the picture I attached of the vehicle order belongs to that car, you can tell that it is of a Standard Range. On your first reply you asked if I had priced...

Model X Standard Range "Included Options" Question

It is a Standard Range Raven (not LR). Thanks for the heads-up about wheels size; I have 21s on my Model S and can tell that larger wheels definitely eat some range, but I'm not very concerned about that aspect as this will be used as a daily driver locally and very rarely for long distances.
