Well, possible reasons why Tesla may make the changes are that the new chip may be cheaper, or there may be supply issues with the Intel chip.

I thought the range is increased by a higher battery density, which means more kWh in the same volume. To drive 30% farther with the same 100 kWh battery would require significant aerodynamics improvement.

I placed my order for 100D on 2/27, and Tesla got me approved for a loan at 1.49% through US Bank - but for delivery until 4/1. However, my car has expected delivery in June. What is the best way to get Tesla and US Bank to extend the lower interest rate?
