    Wow, I think I’m the worst off here. Looking at 10% battery degradation after 24,000 miles. P3D- with areo wheels. Charge every night at home to 80% usually. 250 @ 90% 279 @ 100% I’m thinking about contacting Tesla but I expect to get the standard “degradation is normal” response.

    HW3 computers ARE being rolled out. I have an MCU 1 car. It still gets software updates all the time despite being years old. No other car can hope for that. Not sure what that has to do with FSD?

    No, I disconnected the main breaker so there is no way for power to flow back into the meter. I have been running all day, 12 hours now, like this and the app treats it like a grid outage. It would probably be illegal to do this while hooked up to the grid before the interconnection is...

    They installed everything at the same time. I am waiting for the utility to come out and install the new smart meter and approve the interconnection. The city/county inspections are already completed.

    I actually went ahead and did this. I made sure the batteries were on, then disconnected the grid and finally powered up the inverter. Been running great all day!

    Neither. I wouldn't really call this an error on Tesla's part, they adjusted pricing based on demand. I don't believe they owed anyone anything but I think it was certainly the right business move to offer the refund. This happens all the time in the dealership model. Prices can change...
