So far, not a problem. I do intend to strap it to the seat back latch points, but haven't figured out the best way to do that yet. Hence the foam mentioned in my previous reply.

Pieces of foam to protect the window. There's only about a cm between the crate and the glass. If I hit a bump or something I don't want the hard metal corner hitting the glass. Instead the foam should cushion the hit. I hope.
