Since the .42 update, it seems that the active spoiler on the 90D behaves differently. It doesn't come out all the way like it used to when the fob is in range, but it does eventually extend fully when actually driving, and then retracts when stopping. Anyone else notice this, or am I imagining...

I may be an April delivery after all! DS wrote me and said the factory applied the fix to the 3rd row seat and the car is ready to be shipped to SoCal. If all goes well, it'll be ready this Friday. Yeah!

That, and presumably the recall. My car was supposed to be delivered 14 days ago when the recall happened. It had already cleared QC, but now it's held at the factory until the replacement parts for the 3rd row seat arrive. it's from a 3rd party vendor, so who knows how long that will take.
