The price of the car isn't the payment. Tesla isn't responsible for third-party financing, especially since the cost of financing is dependent on the credit worthiness of the applicant.

Curious about the reliability concerns. Have two Teslas going back to 2018 and have had no reliability issues. (Some minor production nits on the older one.) Also, IMO range anxiety is not an issue, especially if you have 240V charging at home.

My last two Hertz rentals the vehicles were 100% and 98%. Both were returned at about 95% and in neither case did they squawk. They wouldn't tell me what the minimum state of charge was when the vehicle went out at close to 100%, but seems to be some reasonableness at Hertz.

You're going to lose some efficiency as the battery ages. Same with ICE cars. My C4 doesn't get anywhere near factory mileage either. You're at 80% which may be a little below average but not in the 'broken' range. Trust the nav planning and you'll be fine.
