I take it back — Eligible Vehicles List - Vehicles purchased in 2019 | MOR-EV does list the Tesla Model 3 with an asterisk about the $50k. Thanks.

Teslas were not eligible for this in MA this year. Of course, I support the rebate for people buying other models.

Does anyone know why Supercharge.info just listed Ithaca NY as under construction (usually reserved for evidence of construction/Tesla equipment), but the link to “discuss” is a broken one, and there’s no discussion here of it being under construction?
