    Ski trip, need your advice

Hi, I've just returned from a week ski trip in the French Alps (Aussois)I took my model S and didn't have winter tires and both the car and I survived. My S is RWD plus my summer tyres are also nearing the end of their life. I generally felt the car handled pretty well, I think the extra weight...

    Where’s the light?!

Re the app connecting to the car, could the car be out of signal where you charge it? e.g. if you charge in a garage the thick walls might mean the car doesn't have signal. Both the car and the phone have to have mobile or wifi signal for the app to connect. Hope you're enjoying the new car :)

Trip to the Alps - range

Thanks everyone for the info. Thought I'd post some of the things I've found out for anyone planning a trip this way. So it seems that we are in a very small ski resort (Aussois) and there really doesn't seem to be any ability to charge. I snooped around the car-parks myself, no plug sockets...

Do you happen to know how we access the charger though? On-line it looks like it's free but accessed via an app but we can't seem to...

Trip to the Alps - range

Hi Everyone! Wondering if anyone has any experience of driving to the Alps specifically Aussois? I've mapped the route which looks well served by superchargers. The last one looks to be Chamberry (73000) which is about a 140 mile round trip. If I do a full trip charge there (240 miles?) and...

    New model S 75

I've just got my new Tesla and am busily playing with all the gadgets and figuring out the car. I'm just trying to get my head around charging....I have a charging unit being fitted at home and I had a referral code so have free supercharger use. I've been trying to research the other charging...
