Re the app connecting to the car, could the car be out of signal where you charge it? e.g. if you charge in a garage the thick walls might mean the car doesn't have signal. Both the car and the phone have to have mobile or wifi signal for the app to connect. Hope you're enjoying the new car :)

We've arrived and are struggling to find a plug socket in the resort so we plan to take a trip to the charger you mentioned, the resort pointed us to this as well. Do you happen to know how we access the charger though? On-line it looks like it's free but accessed via an app but we can't seem to...
