Yes, you are reading it correctly. FWIW, someone earlier in this discussion said they had a 1xxxxx VIN and had received the update but not updated the tracker.

No 90's on the tracker at this point... maybe you're looking at the wrong version?

according to firmware tracker, most of the updates are in the 05xxxx and 06xxxx VIN range. Also of note is no reported 7.1 updates for VINs after 09xxxx (cars since ~July '15 and essentially all of the P90D/90D's). Maybe going older to newer? East to West??? who knows.... anyway, I didn't win...

Well this arrived today! Exactly 31 days from confirmation to delivery. Will have some fun until Monday then it goes away for 4 days to get tint, opti, caliper paint, and chrome delete.

Well after about 30 days of hitting refresh non-stop... tomorrow's the day! Taking delivery at 2pm. Haven't been this excited about a car in long long time!
