Are there any other cars out there using Tesla patents for charging?

Since releasing the patents on its charging technology, have any other companies produced vehicles that can use Tesla chargers and superchargers?

Why I sold my 1-month old Tesla Model S.

Sorry to hear about your troubles! Good luck with your next car! David

Recent Calls Sync with 6.0 and iOS 8

Since updating to 6.0 and iOS 8, my recent calls no longer sync between my iPhone and the Model S. Anyone else having this problem?

Did you feel that? The rapid acceleration of depreciation of your P85

Why did you sell your P85+? OTE=texex91;781552]Yep just like any car when the newest shiny version comes out. I took at bath when I sold my P85+ last year before this one, I'm glad I did now. Think I'll order a p85D--it looks sweeeeeeeet (plus NEW seats finally!)

Annual Service - is the "hardware upgrade" dream finally dead?

I like to view the annual inspection and cost as insurance. It's ensuring my car is in top shape, that everything is in working order, and that I get all the service bulletins done in a timely fashion--like the road-hazard-destroying plate. If you are getting these things without a service...

Where are the Model X Betas?

It's only a month or two and I haven't seen hide nor hair of a Model X Beta. What's up? Are they skipping beta and going straight to production? Or are they a bit behind schedule?

Order changed from P85+ to P85D

I don't know that I'd say relic about the P85, but that P85D sure is hot!

Model S regenerative braking with brake pedal

It's a different way of driving with the Model S that takes a little getting used to. You regulate your speed and "brake" by varying the pressure on the accelerator. The only time you need to switch your foot to the actual brake pedal is to hard stop (stop sign, stop light, emergency, etc.) If...

Please don't do this...(park blocking multiple Supercharger spots)

After reading all the posts, you have convinced me: maybe not so bad. They should have stayed around a bit more, perhaps. And had they used the farthest right stalls they could have blocked fewer stations. Thanks all for reminding me that patience and tolerance go a long way (it's been a crappy...

Please don't do this...(park blocking multiple Supercharger spots)

This would have been the courteous way to do it. The family left the car and wandered off as my family parked to charge. They were nowhere to be seen 45 minutes later when my family left.

Please don't do this...(park blocking multiple Supercharger spots)

What a jerk. Seen at the Centralia, WA supercharger yesterday. There is no excuse for this, regardless of how many open stalls there are. Take the bikes off the rack if you have to, but don't park across 3 stalls.

    Model S - Window Tinting

@EarlyAdopter: Who did you get to install this in Seattle?

    Any second thoughts???

Theoretically, if you could turn off the governor, it would go full speed in reverse!

    Hill Hold Function

Thank you Tesla for this new feature! Living in the Seattle area, I use this every single day. And on the super-steep downtown Seattle hills it's a godsend; no more large rollbacks!

    "scratches" all over new car

Someone taught me the "two bucket method" which sounds crazy but makes sense and helps prevent scratches and whorls in the paint: http://www.detailingspot.com/?page_id=15
