    Model X 75D Deliveries

At 360 watt-hr per mile and 75kwh battery (75,000/360) = 208 mile range? Someone verfiy or correct my battery physics math. Maybe there are other variables I'm not taking into account.

Announcement of new Model S June 9th

I figured so, and I agree. It would be much more complicated to create new software to mimic artificial charging dynamics for a 60kw battery on a 75kw one.

Announcement of new Model S June 9th

Announcement of new Model S June 9th

Pardon if this has been answered before. So the S60 model will have a 75KW battery software limited to 60KW. My question is will the S60 (75KW) have the same charging curve characteristics as the 75KW but software capped at 80%? So an advantage would be much quicker charging to "100%" at a...

Editorial: Why it is safer to have creep mode ON rather than OFF.

If there is a chance you may "doze off, pass out, seizure, brain fart moment" then you shouldn't be driving in the first place. Much safer than what creep may do.

Model S - HPWC (High Power Wall Connector)

I have the new gen 2 HWPC connected to a 100 amp breaker. The electrician who installed it set it to charge at 80 amps but my model x is set to charge at max 48 amps. Would it be better to set the hwpc to charge at 48 amps?

please help: Front door latch just failed have to drive 400 miles in AM with latch warning beeping!

A faulty door latch is a safety issue. I am surprised a recall hasn't been issued to fix all latches. I'm also surprised Tesla suggested you drive 400 miles in a car with an unlatched door with passengers inside.
