This is just unacceptable for a car company. Tesla really has the worst customer service out of any car brand. They aren't going to be in business long treating customers like this.

I agree sparcs. They are really dropping the ball, I just don't have faith they will solve their problems before it's too late.

That stinks, but it doesn't surprise me that you received a car with built quality issues. Tesla is notorious for quality problems. Glad you rejected it.
