I think they’ll be fine with you choosing any of those options. Keep this car, ask for a new car, ask to delay to standard battery, ask for your money back. My car didn’t pass delivery inspection either, but at least I got a phone call the night before, not an email an hour before...

I decided to do the same thing. Delivery specialist said body work will take 2 weeks at the tesla certified body shop. ISA said a new one will take about 2 weeks. Seems like a no brainer.
