Sounds like they will be there this morning. There were at LaCrosse a little earlier.

Also, at the beginning of the charge the car and battery were very cold because of the near zero temperatures (-18 celcius). If the battery was near full, and it was cold that would slow the charge even more. Think 10 amp charging to start.
