Waitaminute -- I use the pushbutton at the end of the stalk to turn off autopilot. Is there another method that I should use to disable autopilot? I figured if I tug at the wheel or hit the brakes, it would be viewed by Tesla as an "emergency override" of the autopilot and create a data point...

I keep looking at Tesla's supercharger map and hoping that one of the points is in South Lake Tahoe. Does anyone else have this wish/hope? It sure would make vacationing there a ton less anxiety filled.

Also consider the fact that it doesn't need oil changes, no "tune-ups" and should go a million miles before anything needs to be replaced (other than windshield washer fluid and tires). Avoiding trips to gas stations, jiffy lube, and the dealer means you have a lot more time on your schedule...

I've heard (from other threads on this forum) that Tesla has a "noise tracker" where they can record drivetrain noises and store them for playback later. I have no idea if this is a real feature or not. Sounds a little creepy if they record from the cabin...
