As soon as I saw you in New Zealand, I knew my Leader status in Asia-Pacific was doomed. For a fun time, try the run from Ovens VIC to Cooma NSW. Be sure to charge up - there's a lot of elevation gain.

Some pics at the new Johnstown CO Buc-ee's grand opening, where three of us got firsts today. 12 stalls powered up today, but the electrical cabinet has plastic tubes installed for another 8. From right to left, a SC maintenance guy, the guy who woke up at midnight to mark the SC "open" in...

    Supercharger - Johnstown, CO

Here it is as of 26-Feb. There are 12 chargers set up so far. I don't understand the wiring I see here. It looks like there are wires enough for six charging cabinets, but there are only 3 cabinets installed for the 12 chargers. And there is sealed-off piping for four more cabinets...

Colorado's first Buc-ee's opens on March 18. Should we get together and christen the Supercharger? I figure noon, to give a few of the more scattered CO participants time to get there from the four corners of the state. --- Colorado’s first Buc-ee’s has an opening date

Ran a ring around D.C. a couple of days ago, and enjoyed a brief visit with Julius (tes-s) down at the Fairfield SC. He warned me of the horrors of trying to get across the bridge to the east, which turned out to be entirely accurate.

Small-town got nothing to do with it. Nobody can clear California. It is the modern example of a Sisyphusian task. Clear the LA area, drive north, and there are two new ones in the south before you're done with SFO.
