I wouldn't be. Check out the spreadsheet. Sort by color and VIN. I did for black aero and I could see that there were others who were assigned vins in the same range around the same time as me and this is for vin in the 8400 range assigned last week. I think its true what people say, that...

I have a black aero vin with configuration date of 2/28.

VIN received 11 a.m. today, 3/26/18. I'm so excited!!!! 3/31/16 non-owner line waiter, 2/28/18 invite and configuration, 3/26/18 VIN assignment. Black, aero, no EAP. VIN 84XX.

I got mine today around 11. I've been checking, no joke, about 20x a day, at least.
