Happened to me yesterday as well. My phone was on the charger and I used the MY voice to try to make a call when everything went silent... I lost music streaming and checked and nav voices stopped and warning chimes stopped. I parked and did a screen reboot and everything was fine after that.

I ordered in late November and assumed I would not get the free SC. I assumed the incentive would be for people who ordered after the announcement. However, I asked my SA when I picked it up on 12/16 and he said I would get the incentive. He said I'd get an email in a few weeks. We'll see if...

Thanks for the follow-up. On #11... yikes! I have the same problem and it's surprising they don't have a fix or didn't offer to fix in the future considering this is a safety issue. My driver side mirror is going to be serviced in a couple of weeks.
