    Still on 2023.2.12...

You can’t make this up. As I haven’t had updates in months, just now they pushed 2023.12.1.1 to my car!

    Still on 2023.2.12...

I'm in the same club and at this time, I keep telling myself that it must be my configuration that has some exact build requiring more testing and I will receive some new "refined" build. ;) 2020 LR M3, Acceleration boost, 19" Sport wheels... Maybe it is the Sport Wheels?

Best practices for manually saving dash-cam footage?

Completely agree. I guess this is maybe tied to battery usage and other things but with a 1 tb ssd, why doesn’t dashcam work kind of like Time Machine for macOS, just continuous recording until needing to delete old footage?

    Still on 2023.2.12...

Convinced "advanced" does nothing. I'll probably still be on 2023.2.12 in June. ;)

Unable to play music in Apple music

I see some of this same behavior as well. Scroll wheel reboot until another software update I guess.

Apple Music - Difference between Favorites and Favorites Mix?

A quick google search about this revealed that Apple music smart lists are not supported as of yet. Hopefully this will change in the future but the majority of feedback suggests that Apple Music "web" does not support smart lists either, pending a future implementation.

Apple Music - Difference between Favorites and Favorites Mix?

Correct, maybe I used the wrong verbiage but this is it.

Apple Music - Difference between Favorites and Favorites Mix?

I have a custom playlist whereas I applied a rule within Apple Music that anything I "like" goes into this playlist via the rule, continuosly live updating. This is separate from the Favorites Mix playlist. It doesn't seem like my car likes this one for some reason. Anyone else notice that...

Return HomeLink and Go with MyQ?

I tend to agree as the standard app is free with software/hardware essentially doing the same thing. This is a subscription money grab!

Return HomeLink and Go with MyQ?

They posted the preliminary annual subscription fees for Tesla integration on the MyQ website the other day so it's not one/done. I think $45/year and up you go. With Homelink, at least you can open the garage door if the internet craps out or myQ goes out of business. ;)

Apple Music may finally be coming

Yep, I get your point. I just feel that native applications removing bluetooth technology will improve safety.

Apple Music may finally be coming

I have several similar replies like this before but let's consider safety here. Think about it this way using bluetooth... Before we get into our Teslas on a 45 minute drive to work, let me figure out what songs to play and create a playlist, then I hit Bluetooth and take off. Oops...

Excessive Unsafe Following Hits [on my Safety Score]

I get excessive Unsafe following for normal driving most of the time. I don't even want to address aggressive turning as that is the fun part of this car! I guess I'll just pay some of the extra bucks to enjoy my car!

Remove email address user driver profile

Understood, I just wanted to make sure the original question wasn't about a cluttered UI with a "long" email address in the top bar visible on the main screen. You can make that look cleaner by basically using a short name. Cloud profiles I believe are here to stay.

Remove email address user driver profile

I want to make sure this original question wasn't misunderstood. When you mean "remove" your email address, do you just not want it shown on the UI making the screen simply look cluttered? If so, the answer is of course yes. You just go into the driver profile settings, then under "Name" in the...
