I charged at these last week (was running low and meeting friends at Whiskeys so why not), not many cars there, probably because the parking rate is so high ($14 minimum), charging is free and I didn't get a notification about idle fees, but like I Said there weren't many parked there. if you are worried about range I'd drive the 20 minutes to Lincoln and charge there... how much time does that add on to your trip overall? At least until another charger comes on-line

What about an extra meter just for the electric car that is TOU, that way I don't have to worry about peak time use at all? Is the extra meter cost high?
