    Roadster History North America

anyone know how many 3.0s there are? (or at least an estimate ... and preferably one not based solely on mere speculation)

Forum split coming - Old & New Roadsters

a Roadster, by definition, only has two seats ... technically this new vehicle is a Tesla Cabriolet ... problem solved

    Random Model S sightings

just saw this for the first time ... (better late than never, I always say) ... no, it's not mine ... but VERY similar

    2011 Roadster 2.5 Sport - Every Option + 3.0 (R80) Battery & 3 Year Warranty (9,950 Miles)

my problem is I'm not a "fellow owner", at least not of a Roadster, hence don't have a "fair idea" ... or any idea for that matter ... but I am interested ... can you direct me to one or more of the public listings please?

    2011 Roadster 2.5 Sport - Every Option + 3.0 (R80) Battery & 3 Year Warranty (9,950 Miles)

I find all this confusion over the confusion about the number of owners to be quite confusing ... not to mention, pointless ... I don't really care if there was one owner or two, I'd just like to know what is a fair price ... anyone care to speculate about that?

    19" vs 20" pics?

I don't have a side-by-side, but here's what my 20s look like ... I feel that 21s are just a little "too big" for driving the crappy pothole streets in LA ... the low-profile rides harsh, and there's an increased risk of bending the rims ... but 19s look just a little "too small" to me ... 20s...

I wanted a little more of a "stealth" look

apparently I won't have to pay an outside vendor to get a matching 3 ... also, apparently, the Tesla design team agrees more with me than with you about this color scheme

    USB question

thanks ... I've only noticed it a few times, so I wasn't even sure if it was "real" ... glad I'm not crazy ... but somehow doesn't seem like "auto-play" to me, more like "auto-rewind" ... the problem is that it's starting over, not continuing to play

    USB question

I occasionally download podcasts from iTunes, transfer them to a thumb drive, and listen while I'm driving ... in the past, every time I park the car and come back later, even if it's been a day or more, the podcast resumes right where I left off ... but every time recently, seemingly since the...

how fast do valets need to drive?

I started this thread, and I suggested 35 mph for a reason ... like I said, if you're going out to a restaurant you're probably in the city ... (I don't know where dsm363 eats, but at the restaurants I frequent, the valets aren't speeding off down the highway to park my car ... don't even see...

how fast do valets need to drive?

top speed in "valet mode" is 70 mph ... seems to me, if you're getting valeted you're probably in a city, and 35 would be plenty fast ... or at least make it user-adjustable ... an added benefit is it would eliminate high-speed chases in the event the car was stolen

Xpel wrap recommendations in Los Angeles

I got a color-change wrap on my Tesla at Al & Ed's in Marina del Rey almost exactly a year ago, they did a fantastic job, and it's still in excellent condition ... I also got an XPEL clear protective paint wrap on my Lambo at Protective Film Solutions in Costa Mesa ... (commonly refered to as a...

How many vehicles beside your Model S do you have?

I have two cars that are about as polar opposite of each other as possible ... when you get in the Tesla it basically turns itself on, and all I have to do is push a button to select forward or reverse, step on the accelerator, and glide silently away ... with no transmission or gears it's just...
