Yes, Mobile has been "off the map" for at least a month. It is still partially functional, but you may have to wait in line if other folks are charging.

Stopped by the East Point Target SC installation site today. As you can see by the pics, most of the piping seems to be done, forms are set, and now waiting for concrete, and of course better weather! It looks like 10 or 11 pedestal conduits poking up, and although 1 or 2 may be for lighting...

Visited the Newnan Target SC installation site today. As you can see by the pics, most of the concrete bases are installed (9), as well as 8 of the Charging Pedestals. Considering that there is almost always one stall for forward parking, (compared to most stalls that need to be backed into)...

Stopped by today and found that the Electric Meter was installed. That means that city/county officials have accepted the installation. Now it’s up to Tesla to have the installation energized and checked out. This has been a quick installation!

Last week on Monday (8/10/20), had to go from Baton Rouge to Lake Charles. The Lafayette SC was listed as "Temporarily Closed". Same thing on Thursday!

Had no trouble charging yesterday afternoon, at charger 2D. (They are NOT labeled on the OUTSIDE of the pedestals like the V2 chargers were, but ARE labelled on the INSIDE where the charging wand is kept. 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A then 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D.)

Stopped by yesterday, 02/06/20, but still NO POWER!

I stopped by the Stirling Mall today, and saw that SC Civil Work is about completed here! The pad has been poured for the Control Cabinets & for the Transformer. It appears that this will be an 8 pedestal SC. The single Control Cabinet was still wrapped up with plastic, but is showed 1200...

I stopped by the Stirling Mall today, but could see no construction activity anywhere near the Target or AT&T stores.

Thank you Elon for the free Supercharging! I have told so many folks that I have FREE energy while on the road, then some years back, the SC became fee based. Was going to have trouble buying my NEXT Tesla and having to pay to charge. Although not sure model I will buy, it will happen with good...
