    Feature Request: Speed Camera Notifications

Yes, Waze, Apple Maps, and Google Maps literally announce when you’re coming up on a camera. Again, please read my post above. This isn’t about recklessly driving, I always drive the speed limit and drive safely, but it’s very, very easy to go above 25mph during normal driving without...

    Feature Request: Speed Camera Notifications

Please read my post above about the issues with that statement. Also NYC isn’t just congested Manhattan, there’s 4 other boroughs as well. I don’t understand why people want to debate the cameras themselves, that’s not the point of this post. It’s a simple feature that every other map already...

    Feature Request: Speed Camera Notifications

I really didn’t want to get into a debate about the cameras themselves, but let me explain it to you since unless you live here, it’s hard to understand how unethical and dangerous these cameras are. First of all the city made a blanket law that all streets that were previously 30mph were now...

    Feature Request: Speed Camera Notifications

Apple Maps, Google Maps, and Waze also support this feature. It’s purpose is not to allow users to break the law, but to alert people as to where the cameras are located while driving. If using a car with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, it would already have this functionality. Yes I’m aware...

    Feature Request: Speed Camera Notifications

In NYC, we currently have 950 speed cameras and the number is expected to grow to 2,000 by the end of 2021. Shortly before starting the speed camera program, they lowered the speed limit on city streets to 25mph, if you’re caught going 10 over (36mph), you get a $50 speeding ticket in the...

    Ordered 8/16-- Have Some Questions

    1. Not everyone has a sales advisor, some people placed orders through their local Tesla showroom so the person who helped them with the order ends up being the SA or point of contact. You can just call your delivery center and ask them what the status is. If the car built or is on its way to...

    Worst car ordering process ever....

You can call your sales advisor and have them match you to an inventory car if you'd like.

Can the car come sooner than scheduled delivery?

I'm scheduled for Friday not too far from you but I haven't heard anything yet. I wonder if I should call and ask if I can pick-up early..

    Tesla delivery tracking

For some reason it seems like Tesla tries to say as absolutely little as possible about the production and shipping process. A Domino's style in-app car tracker would make a ton of sense and cut down on people calling up and asking for a status update. For example when you first place your...

Congrats! I'm scheduled for the 11th. Hoping that I get a text asking if I can pick it up early.

Has anyone collected their car earlier?

Wondering the same, have a scheduled delivery date of of the 11th but I’m hoping that it’s ready a few days early.

Wiki Model 3 Order Tracking Spreadsheet

Got my text to schedule delivery! So far my timeline has been: 7/15: Order placed 8/10: 3-6 week text 8/26: VIN received through Tesla's live chat, they said the car is built and was waiting for transport to the rail station 8/28: Text received to schedule delivery 9/11: Scheduled delivery...

    Model 3 Configuration.... Help!!!

Thanks for your service! Honestly if you’re debating between the two, go with the performance. You’re going to pay an extra $2,000 anyway for the performance boost and whatever the suspension mod will cost. Plus you won’t ever be second guessing yourself on if you made the right decision.
