That's Franz's Von Holzhausen Model 3, so I don't know for sure but I THINK it is the multi coat red you get from Tesla. I also don't have details on the chrome delete or the wheels, it seems these are the 20" wheels from Tesla just in other colour, maybe powder coated,so it's possible that...

a more refined version of my energy bar with limited regen on it now it has a simple look, maybe this matches better to the overall UI

the user could be able to choose what kind of energy bar he likes, just switching between the option under the display menu
