So pretty much there are no other options. Lime Az_Real said, put the cash in a savings account and hope for the best.

Extended Warranty

I just bought a 2013 Model S 60. Tesla will not give me extended warranty since it was at an auction and the original warranty just expired on the 6th of september. Any recommendations on an after market, extended warranty would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
