Yea, mine is back up but shot me back to the 'Order' step with all 4 (Delivery Location, Registration, Trade-In, Payment Method) checked off. Previously was at 'Prepare for Delivery'

FWIW I tried calling around to see if any of the local service centers had anything and they're all out and May/June are the estimated dates for more coming in.

Just checked and I'm getting the same. Ordered 5/5, no vin or anything on my account yet. Web portal looks fine as well.

Finally ordered mine. Order date 5/5. Waiting until a VIN/delivery date to complete the trade-in/financing portion of the prepare for delivery steps.

Can I ask what rate you got with PenFed?
