2016 MS 75 just had a total fail of all controls including horn. I could only do a “car off hard reset”; as any method involving scroll wheels or buttons was non-responsive. Still dead as a doornail. I have an MCU1 vehicle with the non-operating USB music issue. I just was notified of 2020.12.11.5 software update availability. Hoping this fixes the issue. Has anyone else updated and did it solve the problem?
