    I just had my windshield replaced and they damaged the headliner - but replaced it. They did send it out for replacement though to a Tesla certified shop.

    If your hood or any body panel has more than 10 chips, they should repaint according to policy.

    They seem to move them very quick and the pricing is fair. I looked at used Model S's from local dealerships and my CPO car with same mileage and options was 3 to 4K cheaper.

    Glad to hear you had a great experience. My car was like new except for a few minor dings that Tesla has agreed to fix. ;-)

    I agree JeffreyY. I've had MB S Class, CLS, Maserati Quattroporte, BMW 7 Series, and the Tesla is my fave.

    Best way to tell you're getting a good CPO deal?

    You can check KBB.com and get an idea what one is worth without CPO. If you get the carfax, it will have a calculator available to estimate current value. Mine is valued at 3K more than I paid, plus I have a CPO warranty.

    I'm guessing my experience was a rare occurrence and Tesla will make it right. How they missed this stuff is beyond me, but when they repair all damage to CPO standard, they have shown good customer service.

    My Tesla coordinator called today to inform me they will fix the issues. I was expecting to drop off today but they have no loaners until 9/22 and it may take 2 to 3 weeks. Still holding out for the 21s.
