I just saw a Highland Model 3 on the road in San Diego. I didn't realize they are delivering them yet. It had the temporary paper plate, so it wasn't a demo vehicle.

Apparently a transient error in the software.

Both cars finished in about 30 minutes, just like a normal update.

Nothing is worth the effort of reporting to the SEC. I sent a bunch of reports back in the mid-late 2010s, and except for the form letter "we added you to the queue", have never had any response or apparent effect.
