Dallas Service Center still says there is no updated firmware to push for my M3. My car is now 2 behind and trying to figure out why some are still getting it while others are golden.

I am seeing many people get their updates yet I haven’t. I have had the car since 3/8 and Dallas service center says there is an issue with the update and has stopped pushing it til it gets fixed. I’ve tried twice asking them for an update. Are they lying since it seems people are being updated?

Any chance it’s a free usage trial for a model 3?
