Maybe but itll most likely get sorted out one way or another. My old company did the same thing for a neighborhood near our corporate campus. All houses were bought out but a Subway held out. We built around it until they caved and sold out.

Risk vs rewards my friend. There's risk in business. Nothing is foolproof. We can mitigate as much as possible with cameras or other means but mischief may happen. It's part of being in business.

My guess, at least a portion of it, will be about Mobility...an Uber like service that they'll launch once their production of the 3 catches up with the demand. If they don't use the 3, then it'll be a mobility service announcement along with an announcement of a new car to use with the mobility...

Sorry...hit post accidentally. My point is I think you'll be just fine, without worry, in a year or 2. Supercharger is nice but the destination charging locations has helped my father and I on more than a couple of occasions when taking road trips.
