possible broken motor mount on the sub frame -
2012 model s sunroof leak?
There is a split on each side of the molding, Tesla placed tape over those areas. The tape will degrade over time and come loose causing leaks. Remove the tape and apply automotive black RTV silicone -

if you open the sun roof you will see a split in the middle of the molded plastic, Tesla used electrical tape to seal that area. Remove the tape and apply silicone. -

Replacing Out of Warranty Drive Unit and Now a New Harness???
Ask for your old parts to be returned to you since you are paying out of pocket. They are not entitled to your parts. That way you can have the parts inspected if you suspect that there is nothing wrong with the harness or drive unit -
