if you get the equip-d buy the extension from them. It will fit without the extension but when folded up the tailgate will not clear the rack if you accidentally open it. The tailgate will clear the rack with the extension

This is a known issue, happened to me and SC fixed

I have the 19” Gemini’s which are Continental Pro Contact RX 255/45R19 104W XL and had to have one replaced because of a nail. The tires are OEM so you cannot get them anywhere Tesla has to source them. Luckily for me the SC had them in stock otherwise it would have been a week or so to get them.

All they need is your existing cars insurance policy. All policies (as far as I know) give you a grace period to report your new car and get the insurance updated so Tesla is just looking for proof you have insurance.

Tesla’s don’t come with inspections in PA as far as I know, got mine done at Jim’s Berwyn Sunoco right down the street.

I got the performance model but without the upgrade to bigger wheels, brakes and pedals. I had 22” wheel on my last car and they are too expensive and I live in PA so weather is an issue. No tow hitch, I ordered before it was available. I didn’t time 0-60 but holy $hit is it fast!

Yes, build quality is very good. I did a thorough inspection inside and out. Paint and panel gaps all looks good and everything seems to work well. Its only 1 day old so we'll see!

I've asked my Delivery Advisor too about this (I am in PA) and she was of no help. Did not seem interested in discussing anything other than me waiting this out. It is a little frustrating seeing people in other states that have stay at home orders like PA getting their deliveries.

The problem is communication. If they would just reach out to the folks who they cannot make deliveries to that they gave VIN's to and explain the situation it would be much better. I had to call and hunt them down just to find out they had given my car to someone else. I get we're in the middle...

Same thing happened to me, called for an update after VIN assigned and pending delivery date and then they told me they gave my car to someone else.

I’m in PA and because the stores are closed and they cannot deliver here they gave the car I was supposed to get last week to someone else. If they cannot get the car to you they are not storing it somewhere and waiting, they’ve given it to someone else. When Fremont opens back up we’ll see what...
