    Lifted Model Y Owners: Report!

Same tires, same pressures 39psi cold - have close to 50k miles on my set of Wildpeaks on Method MR502's and have been running those pressures the entire time. Almost at the tread wear bars and I will be replacing with the exact same tires. Grip in the rain and snow makes me feel almost invincible.

Cyber(nota)truck even more Not a truck than I first thought

Gonna throw my opinion into the ring. I've been holding out for a new truck and currently have a 2005 Tacoma with over 270k miles on it since I bought it new. Since its a Toyota, I can probably keep it running indefinitely but the poor gas mileage and mediocre towing ability leave a lot to be...

How many of you will/may transition to CyberTruck?

I have a CT reservation, but I put it in two years after the announcement so I'm WAYYY down the list, which is fine since I tend to avoid buying new models of anything until after a couple of years in production when all the kinks have been worked out. I'm an engineer so I appreciate many of the...

Model Y Suspension and Ride Comfort Options

I use the 21” uberturbine setting. They come the closest to the 255/55r18 diameter.

    Service Manuals Now Free?

Same… my 2007 Tacoma is nearing 280k with nothing but basic maintenance. Only thing more legendary are some diesel power trains.

    Lifted Model Y Owners: Report!

The issue is with the fitment - the reports I have gotten from a couple others on this site is that there is physical interference between the valve stem and the wheel. My guess is Tesla beefed up the valve stem in their design revision, but I have not seen the issue first hand and I cannot...

    Lifted Model Y Owners: Report!

There have been rumors about fitment issues with the Rev. B version of the Tesla TPMS (part number 1490750-01-B) and the Method MR502's. I have the Rev. A version of the TPMS and they fit the MR502's just fine. I have been PM'ed by several folks about this fitment issue, so I am just putting...

    Lifted Model Y Owners: Report!

I see a lot of people here on the fence with camber arms when installing the lift kit - my advice is to get them if you can afford the extra expense. They make adjusting alignment SIGNIFICANTLY easier. Also, I run the toe arms - again not necessary but allow you to get the rear toe on the gnats...

39 psi cold seems to be the sweet spot for me.

    Lifted Model Y Owners: Report!

What Pilo said. This tire size is well proven to work with the MY and others here have used this size as well. I have had mine on for almost a year now with no ill effects.

Why do so many Tesla owners back in to park?

Coming from having driven big pickup trucks my entire life, back in parking has become second nature for me. Even in parking structures that have "head in parking only" signs - I back in (secretly relishing the day I get to argue the finer points of this parking method with parking enforcement)...
