I'm looking for a CHAdeMO Adapter but needs to be Revision D so that it works with mum Facelift Model S .... anyone got one for sale?

Rattle noise coming from front Air Suspension (2017-18)
UK new Tesla owner bought a used 2017 Facelift Model 3 75D from R Symons with 21k miles on the clock and it has this rattle. Trying to get the car booked for service, though Tesla has still not registered the car to me after 2 week from buying.
