This is definitely a new behavior for me at least. I've been very happy with the app/waking up performance until V9. Of course it's broken now, just when I need it in the morning to preheat!

39.7 here, just had this happen but I still can't access the car through the app. Just spins "waking up". I've driven it to work now, and the app is still not functional. The app does appear to have received one update, as it says I'm driving, but definitely not accurate.
