    Who owns the FSD?

I was watching this Rich Rebuilds video, where he mentions (around 9:53) that “Tesla assigns [the FSD] to the individual, meaning you.” If that is true: 1) do you have to buy FSD every time you buy a Tesla model 3 2) will Tesla just disable the FSD on a leased vehicle, after it’s returned? 3)...

Has anyone had their Model 3 damaged at Burbank Service Center? What happened?

I recently took my M3 for service at the Burbank SC, and when I picked it up, it had damage (curb rash) on the passenger rear rim, and a scratches on the rear bumper. Now the bumper on my 1900 mile Model 3 has to be repainted. Very frustrating, but has anyone had to deal with something similar...

Socal Burbank Service Center Joyride and BS explanation for spikes?

I had the same happen to me at the Burbank Service Center. Except, when I went to pick up my car, it had curb rash on one of the rims, and scratches on the rear bumper. While the car was in their possession, before they started work on it, the battery went down from 77% to 52%. And when I asked...

Model 3 Damaged at CS, is this normal? What should I do?

@insaneoctane Thanks for telling me about the option. I guess it all depends what the state of the car is when I pick it up. @MattMatt Thanks for letting me know about this. I don't remember them doing a full walkaround, but because of my experience with BMW, I always do it myself before...

Model 3 Damaged at CS, is this normal? What should I do?

@tracksyde yeah, your story is similar to a bunch of mine, when dealing with BMW. I just wouldn't expect it from Tesla. After all SC's are not dealerships, it's not their job to make your life hell  And you're right, I guess I'll come out ahead (minus my frustration right now). And thanks...

Model 3 Damaged at CS, is this normal? What should I do?

@RyanF I can't, it gives that "Mobile Access Disabled" error. That's a setting they turn on when they start working on the car, and you/them can turn it off from car settings when you get it back. @bluetinc Thanks! that was a good idea. It's just 2 extra miles (1,988) So, it's not 10-20 miles...

Model 3 Damaged at CS, is this normal? What should I do?

it was 1986 going in, but I was so pissed, didn't look at the odometer when I left the SC.

Model 3 Damaged at CS, is this normal? What should I do?

This is my first post here, but I need some advice. I dropped my M3 off at the Burbank SC on a Saturday with 77% of charge. The next evening when I checked the mobile app, it had 52% charge. Then they turned the mobile app off on Monday (when they started working on it). When I went to pick up...
