Yep. Back on Android too. Must have been a back-end switch. Maybe they were working on the system and took it offline for the apps for a few hours. Edit: Annnnnd it's gone! All well. I suppose they're probably working on the system and it'll be back and forth for awhile.

It's gone from Android too. I was able to see it about 12 hours ago but it was gone when I woke up this morning. All info is still present on the website. Weird.

Unfortunately I have this issue as well. I have a December 2016 Model S. Service guys said this was the first they'd seen. New screen is ordered and will be replaced next week. Seems like there was a bad batch of screen late 2016 to early 2017. Hopefully the issues doesn't come back on the...

I've had so many rattles, it's really starting to irritate me. Service has been able to fix 2 of the roughly 6 to 8 total. When they fix one, another inevitably pops up. It's my least favorite part of this car...

Adding my experience to this thread too. I had the same thing happen. I noticed the HVAC was on in the app, but I hadn't driven the car in several hours. When I went to my garage to check, both screens were on. Really weird. We need a response from Tesla asap.

I've had a similar rattle that's been driving me crazy. It started about a week after delivery. The car has been serviced 3 times for this rattle (and numerous other problems). Thanks for the post. I'll send this to them for attemp #4.
