    Supercharger - Tacoma, WA - S. 40th St. (under construction Feb 2024, 12 V3 stalls)

I guess I should clarify I meant open four all NACS drivers Tesla or Non-Tesla. I know they built it the Tacoma Mall (Steele St) location but I haven’t seen it open to anyone other than Tesla owners. Love to see how much total capacity they have installed in just under 2 years though.

So that would make 2 V4 pedestal stations in Tacoma with one V3 NACS station. Thats a decent amount of capacity they’ve built in for Tesla and Non-Tesla EVs. Love to see it!

Got the site plans. Gonna be good visibility right at the corner.

I’m still hoping for a Bonney Lake-Buckley-Enumclaw location to cover 410. Going towards Puyallup (unless heading south) is out of the way if you are going 410 east bound. Fingers crossed East Pierce keeps getting some love. Im Selfishly hoping for Target Bonney Lake 😂

I would’ve put it in the same spot. I’ll keep an eye on the location for any work progress.

I had go back and look where I got it from and realized he messaged it to me but he never actually posted the site plan just the initial permit. Either way excited to see this one moving forward. It had gone quiet for a while.

Way back when Marco on Twitter gave the site plan for this location which had it in the upper lot along the backside of the bookstore. Would be surprised to see it moved to the center of the lower lot.

    Meta: New 100kw+ NACS Chargers

The only instance in which I would think it would be interesting to follow on these forums would for example be the build out of BP/Travel Center of America’s network of Tesla V4 hardware. They have already announced it would be operated on a 3rd party operating system though. Other than that I...

    Supercharger - Tacoma, WA - S Steele St. (LIVE 11 Jan 2024, 16 V3 stalls)

If my suspicion is to be believed given they have named this one “- Simon” it may mean that the location near REI on the other side of the mall could be moving forward. The only time I’ve seen a “- X Name” was because two sites were close together and would have similar names. Again just a...

Hopefully they have plans for the EV Charging Signs to be installed… drove by on my way to the mall and every spot was occupied. Also it’s not relevant to Tesla Owners but they are also putting a Rivian Adventure Network Chargers right next to these.

    Supercharger - Tacoma, WA - S Steele St. (LIVE 11 Jan 2024, 16 V3 stalls)

I drove by today to check out progress and these are all angled pull in stalls, correctly positioned for the direction of traffic. That layout should hopefully prevent any ICEing from occurring or at least minimize it cause they will have to pull in between the chargers.

    Possible supercharger - Pateros, WA

If I’m being honest it looks a lot like the Rivian station that sat idle for awhile on the east coast I want to say charlotte at an REI, but don’t quote me on the location.
