Range in winter conditions and mountain driving

Since the beggining of winter, when I'm driving 110 km/h on highway with cabin at 20 degrees Celcius and 19 inch snow tires, i'm averaging 250 Wh/km on a flat terrain. In non-winter conditions i was averaging 200 Wh/km. So that's 20-25% less range in the winter.

    Model X Winter Driving Experience

I live 1 hour north of Montreal. No problem with snow driving till now (10 cm yesterday) 1 caveat though. Yesterday, my Autopilot and cruise kept disengaging on the highway (reduced Radar capability) even though visibility was good and the lines on the ground were clear. When I arrived home...

    19" vs 20" Snow Tires?

I just installed my 19' Blizzak DM-V2 with those Replika R187. I works perfectly, here's what it looks like on the car. The tires feel great. Low noise, great handling. Can't wait to try them on snow conditions. BTW make sure you order the Tesla TPMS to be installed on your winter tires...

    Winter tires for Model X

BTW make sure you order the Tesla TPMS to be installed on your winter tires. The tire shop tried to install generic TPMS with a Tesla programmation, but my Model X wasn't able to "pair" with them.

    19" vs 20" Snow Tires?

I'd like to share my experience, so that other members can save time for winter tires for their Model X in Canada. I'd also like to apologize to modelxancaster for being skeptical and making my own research instead of just copy/paste his own order  First off, i needed to find the right...

Model X Stuck on Park.... at the red light!!

I don't know if this has been posted somewhere (and I'm too lazy to search at this hour) How to look like an idiot : - Stopped a red light on a main artery in my medium sized city - Put the car on Park to activate Autopilot (that my wife deactivated because she was scared to hit the Autopilot...

    Recent Model X build quality

VIN 91XX. Got it yesterday. I have to say I was surprised to see a perfect fit and finish. I was expecting gaps and misalignement and saw none. Maybe because my heart was pounding at 200 when I fumbled through the checklist ;P ?

Any Model X's delivered in Eastern Canada Yet?

Arrrgh, DS expected arrival of my Model X yesterday, but unfortunately just told me there's was a delay. Is it related to the overflow jam in TO's Tesla lot ;)? I don't know how you guys managed the excitement of the final stretch. It's hard!

Any Model X's delivered in Eastern Canada Yet?

Just checked in with my DS, after seeing that MyTesla page is not reliable for following production. Production just finished and the car is now in transit towards the Service Center in Montreal! Woooo hoooo! I guess delivery should be before the end of July (instead of mid-august like...
