Not immediately obvious to me, but could be coolant from the 3 way valve?

I’m assuming the floor damage was done before I bought the car in October as I don’t recall hitting anything. We had a few days of extremely cold weather last week so hoping maybe it’s a split pipe on the washer fluid.

It’s the front, will I see anything from the frunk?

Tried that, still looks clear, maybe a very slight bluish tinge.

Seems to be clear? hard to tell as the sun had dried most of it up. Would I not get a warning light if the coolant was low?

Does anyone know what this leaking fluid could be on my model S? There is a puddle on the driveway from this, feels oily?
