Green energy in germany comes just under 0.28€ per kw/h. (-> http://www.greenpeace-energy.de/) Gasoline runs betwen 1.5 - 1.7€ these days. It is slowly but constantly rising. Wheras in electricity we might see a drop since there was a ruling against power companies driving up the prices.
