Hey all, update for you regarding this issue. I booked in a mobile Tesla service and they had a look at the firmware version and the chap had to force an update which was stuck on loop. The version he updated it to is now 2023.26.9 which has solved the issue! Pre conditioning is working again...

Both times it appeared on the screen the car is in pre conditioning for faster charge

Whilst driving or once your plugged into the super charger ?

Both times there was just one other vehicle so very odd!

Traveled in our MY RWD around 3pm 23c lovely day from Derby to Leeds starting at 100% and added in a super charger location on the maps the car was pre conditioning whilst we travelled got to the charger station at 49% plugged in and was charging at 60kw which was at the slower rate so surely...

I have to say on two journeys I have some serious stones hit the front screen and it’s left hardly any damage just a slight dot the screens must be some sort of extra durable!

I might pop the 32a to 16a tonight and see if that makes a difference and I will give a call to the installer as I am totally baffled by this. Its the blue switch that is down when there is a cutoff, supply to home is fine.

Just for car security due to car thefts and also idiots who like to do 3 point turns onto the pavement in front of our drive

Good idea, I will let it drop to 70 to 60% after a few days taking off the scheduled charge
