Selling my 2021 Model S so the wheels have to go. Roughly 4,500 miles on them. Full set ready to mount. Local buyers preferred (Houston, TX) but would ship at buyer's expense. $4,250

Same, my delivery person showed me how to program the locks and ran away before i could point anything out lol

Front bumper damaged and they literally used white out to touch it much, agreed to replace the entire bumper. Right rear passenger window has a massive crease in it, they agreed to replace it but we will see.

I have the same issue. Have texts from delivery specialist and still don’t have it. No one has a clue what is going on either after 5 phone calls. So frustrating.

I purchased my M3 Sunday and have paid in full but have not taken delivery. I called my advisor today and asked what the next steps are after the introductions today and she said she had no idea. Thoughts?

I must say despite how annoyed I am with this process I must say Whitney in the Houston store has been fantastic. Always available, responds quick,y, kind and very knowledgeable. She Rocks!

Finally got a call back. Apparently the car has been sitting at the store for 2 weeks because they dont have a truck full enough to pick it up. According to Tesla they only ship cars once the truck is full to "reduce carbon footprint" AKA save money. What a totally lame and unacceptable...

I ordered a demo 90D on 7/15 and was supposed to take delivery yesterday 7/27. Got an email on 7/25 saying that delivery is not going to happen and the car hasn't even left the dealership its coming from. Oh, and no one has any idea when it will actually ship. I guess this is what you get...

My car was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now no one knows when the car will even ship. This is totally unacceptable and has never happened in my years of BMW ownership.

Unfortunately had no luck calling. They just said call your delivery specialist who i haven't heard from since Tuesday. They were nice enough to follow up with an email saying they were trying to get in touch with her but nothing came of it. sigh.....

Was lucky enough to find a demo in Indy and placed the order on 7/15. They scheduled delivery here in Houston for tomorrow (7/27). I got a call yesterday saying the car was still in Indy with no ETA. I have shipped cars multiples times and for the price they charge ($2,000) they should be...
